Shipping and Delivery

 1. Shipping fee

  • Free shipping for some products sold on the website and orders with a total pre-tax value of more than $100 (except for some oversized, overweight, fragile and special products) to most parts of Canada and 48 states in the United States;
  • Please consult customer service for shipping charges in the Northwest Territories of Canada, Nunavut Territory, Yukon Territory, Hawaii, Alaska, etc. Some remote areas may not be able to deliver.

2. Delivery information:

  • Please be sure to verify your order information when confirming the order, such as consignee name, delivery address (specific unit, house number and street number, zip code, city, country, etc.), billing address, phone number and other information
  • If the order information is filled incorrectly, please contact our customer service in time to avoid delaying the progress of your order

3. Order processing:、

• Our order delivery business days are from Monday to Friday (except holidays);

• It takes 1 to 2 business days for us to process and ship your order, during peak order periods, we may need additional time to process your order. Our will not be responsible for delayed delivery causing the delay or inability to deliver the order due to the following circumstances:

• If the product in your order is out of stock, it may delay the delivery of your order。

• If the receiving information provided by the customer is wrong or incomplete.

• Force majeure, such as: natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.

• The delivery location is outside the area where our can deliver


4. Out of stock handling

If any product in your order is out of stock, our customer service staff will notify you by email or text message, and negotiate with you whether to wait for the product to arrive or replace it with other similar products; if the product is expected to be out of stock for too long, you orders will be temporarily cancelled and refunded.

5. Delivery method and time

We have distribution centers all over North America. The computer system will automatically select the distribution center closest to you for delivery, and will also arrange the fastest delivery method for you. We will choose the fastest delivery from the following logistics methods : Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX, Purolator, Canpar, etc.

It usually takes 3-10 working days to arrive depending on the distance after shipping out.

6. Tracking order

After logging into your account in our mall, you can check the order status, or go to the official website of the courier company according to the tracking number provided by our mall to check the order delivery status and estimated delivery time. 

7. Special instructions

• Customs duties, sales taxes and other charges that may be incurred during the delivery of the goods are the responsibility of the customer;

• If the address is modified before the product is shipped, our mall will not charge for modifying the address;

• If the customer needs to change the delivery address after the product has been shipped, the additional shipping costs incurred due to the change of address shall be borne by the customer;

• If the goods are returned due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the delivery company's inability to contact the consignee or the consignee's refusal to collect the package, etc., the customer shall bear the additional freight and other possible expenses.
