Return Policy

Our Mall (www.yourishop.com) has been committed to providing North American customers with high-quality products produced by well-known manufacturers from all over the world, including China. The products sold have passed strict quality inspections and long-term market inspections, and the quality is trustworthy, with perfect after-sales service. We provide the following comprehensive return and warranty services for the products sold, where you can experience the fun of online shopping with peace of mind. 

No reason to return in seven days 

  1. Unused products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods (except some products); 
  1. For non-product quality problems, the Restocking Fee is exempted for returned products, but customers need to send the products back to the distribution center at their own expense; 
  1. For the return of product quality problems, we will bear the shipping fee. 
Kind Tips: 
• Customers need to contact customer service within 7 days from the date of product delivery, overdue request will not be processed;
• The seven-day no reason return is only applicable to unused products, and some products are excluded;
• Products such as food, cosmetics, underwear, personal hygiene products such as toothbrushes, and sanitary ware such as smart toilet seats are not accepted for return or exchange;
• We are not responsible for the loss caused by the loss in the process of sending it back to the distribution center, and the customer can make a claim to the express company;
• For non-product quality problems, if the original package will be discarded or the accessories are missing, return request will not be processed;
• In case of return or exchange, the gifts in the purchase must be returned in full;
• When purchasing products, if you enjoy various discounts, such as combination discounts, super value group purchases, and other gifts, etc., all discounts will be deducted from the refund, and we reserve the right to interpret the discount amount.

 

The return and exchange process is as follows: 

1. Apply for return and exchange: Please notify the customer service center in writing via Email (service.yourishop@gmail.com) to request return and exchange, specify the reason for return and exchange, and attach your order number and your information;
2. Customer service confirmation: After receiving your return request, the customer service center will confirm the relevant return information with you by email or phone within 1-2 working days. If it meets the terms of return and exchange, we will notify you of the return address; (if it is confirmed that it is a product quality problem, we will send you the shipping label directly) 
3. Send back the returned product: Please be sure to send the product back to the designated address within 3 days after receiving the email, otherwise it will be deemed that you have agreed to accept the product and no longer request for return or exchange; please send the tracking number inform the customer service center via email;
4. Refund: After receiving your returned product and confirming that it is in good condition, we will refund the corresponding amount within 2 business days. 

One-year Warranty Service 

The electrical appliances sold in our mall are provided by the manufacturer with a one-year limited warranty service. 

Kind Tips: 
1. During the warranty period, free maintenance cannot be performed if the following phenomena occur: 
• Failing to provide order number and other information to prove that the purchase was made from this mall;
• Damage caused by disassembly or modification;
• Damage caused by error, negligence or human misuse;
• Failure or damage caused by non-general household use (such as long-term use in harsh places or commercial use);
• Appearance natural wear and tear from use. 
2. During the warranty period, if the accessories or wearing parts of the product are damaged, only the corresponding accessories or wearing parts will be replaced; 
3. If the warranty period is exceeded, if parts need to be replaced or repaired, the repair fee will be charged as appropriate, and the customer will bear the two-way freight. 

Warranty process: 

1. During the free warranty period
• Please notify the customer service center in writing via email to request repairs and indicate the reason for repairs, provide proof of failure (photo or small video), and attach your order number and your information;
• After the customer service center receives your repair request, if it is confirmed that it meets the free warranty terms, we will email you the return address. Please be sure to send the product back within 10 days after receiving the email;
• After we confirm that we have received the product you need to repair, we will complete the product repair or replace the parts within one week. The customer bears the one-way freight, and we will bear the repair cost and the return freight.
2. Exceeding the free warranty period
• Please notify the customer service center in writing via email to request repairs and indicate the reason for repairs, provide proof of failure (photo or small video), and attach your order number and your information;
• After receiving your maintenance request, the customer service center will provide you with the contact information of the brand's maintenance center, and you need to contact the maintenance center for repair by yourself.

 

Problems during transportation Regarding product damage caused during transportation:

1. For the damage caused by transportation, we will replace the machine for you according to the damage. If the damaged part is only replaceable parts, we will mail you new parts for free, instead of replacing the whole machine; 
2. Please notify our customer service center by phone or email within 3 days after receiving the product; 
3. If the product is found to be damaged after receiving the goods, please do not use the product and contact our customer service center immediately. If the product has been used, it means that you have accepted that the product is in good condition when you receive it, and we will have the right not to accept the return request for this reason; 
4. Please provide multiple photos of product damage taken from different angles (including outer packaging, inner packaging, product distant pictures and detailed pictures of damaged parts) or small videos, as well as relevant text descriptions, and send them to yourshop.com@gmail, we will reply within 1-2 working days; 

Regarding product loss during transportation: 

We use well-known and regular express companies, and the possibility of problems is extremely small, so you can rest assured; but if the product has not arrived after the expected delivery time, please contact the express company as soon as possible to communicate the delivery situation; if the courier company fails to deliver the goods within 48 hours, you can notify our customer service center by phone or email, and we will investigate and deal with it as soon as possible.
