I’m very disappointed with this purchase.
First, the user manual states that certain parts exceed the standard for lead content, which raises serious safety concerns. Second, despite the website claiming this is a “no-filter” soybean milk maker, it produces a large amount of pulp, and the resulting milk is too coarse to drink — not at all what was advertised.
I requested a return the day after receiving the item, but still haven’t received a response. Even after multiple follow-up attempts, the return status remains “pending.”
Think twice before buying from this seller — I cannot recommend this product or this website.
Blend does not work. The power does turn on.
Machine is small so It’s ok for one or two person. It’s hard to figure out what to press when you chooses wrong settings.
